1. Memberships
- i ) Eligibility: Memberships are open to individuals who are 18 years or older. Minors may only join under a family membership plan with a consenting adult.

- iii ) Fees and Payments: All membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers. Memberships will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- iv ) Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to the Club at least 30 days before the renewal date. Cancellations are subject to any terms specific to the membership type.
- v ) Termination: The Club reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice if the member is found to be in violation of these Terms or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Club or its members.
2. Events and Activities
- i ) Reservations: Some events and activities, such as beach volleyball, pool access, pickleball, tennis, and dining, may require prior reservations. Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our front desk.
- ii ) Cancellations: Event and activity cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time may result in fees or loss of booking privileges.
- iii ) Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during all events and activities. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone violating this policy.
- iv ) Liability: The Club is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during any events or activities. Participation is at your own risk.
3. Dining Services
- i ) Reservations and Walk-Ins: Dining reservations are recommended and can be made online or via phone. Walk-ins are welcome but may be subject to availability.
- ii ) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for dining reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
- iii ) Special Events: Special dining events (e.g., themed nights, private dinners) may have specific terms and conditions that will be provided upon booking.
- iv ) Food Allergies: Guests are responsible for informing the Club of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
4. Facility Use
- i ) Hours of Operation: The Club’s facilities, including the pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and other areas, are open during posted hours. Hours are subject to change at the Club’s discretion.
- ii ) Rules and Regulations: All members and guests must adhere to posted rules and regulations regarding the use of Club facilities.
- iii ) Equipment: The Club provides certain equipment for activities such as tennis, pickleball, and beach volleyball. All equipment must be returned in good condition after use. Damaged or lost equipment may result in a replacement fee.
- iv ) Dress Code: Appropriate attire must be worn at all times within the Club premises, including sportswear for activities and swimwear for the pool.
5. Website Use
- i ) Content: All content on gatecityrallyclub.com, including text, images, graphics, and other materials, is the property of the Club and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
